BAGUIO City, Philippines – In its first en banc summer session, the Supreme Court finally decided on the disqualification case against Senator Grace Poe, allowing her to run for presidency on the May 9 elections. The Supreme Court dismissed the 3 motions for reconsideration regarding the March 8 decision of the Supreme Court.
