In order to determine whether or not Senator Grace Poe has complied with the residency requirements for presidential candidates, Associate Justice Arturo Brion of the Supreme Court asked said senator’s counsel, Atty. Alexander Poblador whether she filed her 2005 income tax return. Atty. Poblador responded that his client already planned to reside in the Philippines since 2005.
