BAGUIO City, Philippines – The Supreme Court approved the request of online news website, Rappler, to cover the Commission on Elections – Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas presidential debates and broadcast it through online livestreaming despite the protests of big television networks regarding their exclusive rights.
