After spending a month in the USA, Ruby Tuason returned to the Philippines and had a closed door meeting with Department of Justice Secretary Leila de Lima.
According to her lawyer, Tuason already appealed the Ombudsman’s recommendation after she was implicated in the pork barrel scam.
