(Eagle News)–Rains are expected in parts of the country today, May 23, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
PAGASA said Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms as a frontal system affects Southern Luzon and Eastern Visayas.
Flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Extreme Northern Luzon and the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
