QUEZON City, Philippines – President-elect Rodrigo Duterte said that he is not afraid of impeachment in a speech made in front of Davao City Hall employees. In the same speech, he said that he has a promise to the Filipino people and that he will do everything to implement policies that will maintain peace and order.
