QUEZON City, Philippines – Incoming Presidential spokesman Atty. Salvador Panelo is confident that President-elect Rodrigo Duterte will solve the problem faced by the Philippines regarding terrorists and bandit groups. Panelo added that the government will continue with its “no ransom” policy in dealing with such groups.
