MANILA, Philippines – In the Liberal Party proclamation rally of local candidates held at Plaza Miranda, President Benigno S. Aquino criticized the statements made by leading presidential candidates at the Presidential Debate held in Cebu. In particular, President Aquino targeted Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, Senator Grace Poe and Vice President Jejomar Binay.
