In the celebration of the first anniversary of the Mamasapano encounter, President Benigno S. Aquino III asked the lawmakers to revise the Philippine National Police Law so that members of the police that showed heroism for the country can quickly receive benefits. President Aquino added that like the families of the SAF 44, he is also waiting for justice regarding the Mamasapano encounter.
