PNR operations suspended due to flooding

(Eagle News) — The operation of the Philippine National Railways was suspended on Friday due to flooding on its tracks caused by heavy rains enhanced by tropical storm “Inday.”

In its advisory, the PNR said two of their trains were stranded in Pasay Road and FTI station due to flooding at the EDSA Station.

Aside from the EDSA station, flooding is also being experienced at the old Buendia Station and at the Dela Rosa Station.

This is the third time that the operations of the PNR were suspended due to flood waters.
