QUEZON City, Philippines – The Philippine National Police, through its chief, expressed doubt regarding the promise of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, who said that he will eliminate crime within 6 months. The PNP leadership also said that they are not in favor of being used as death squads.
