PNP chief leads retraining of more than 1,000 Caloocan cops

QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — Philippine National Police Chief Director General Ronald Dela Rosa personally led the re-training and re-organization of more than 1,000 policemen from Caloocan.

The retraining and re-organization will last for 45 days.

Police who were included in the re-training and re-organization were relieved from their posts after the Caloocan police faced successive controversial issues on their alleged anomalous operations.

These controversies include the death of teenagers Kian Loyd delos Santos and Carl Angelo Arnaiz .
