QUEZON City, Philippines – The Commission on Elections was able to catch eight overseas Filipino absentee voters that violated the rule of the COMELEC against the taking of pictures of the ballots and receipts during voting. The latest incident was a Filipina in Italy that was caught in the act by the Board of Election Inspectors. Once again, the COMELEC warned the public against taking photographs of the ballots and receipts and violators may face charges.
