PHL COVID-19 tally at 385,400; 87 more recover

(Eagle News)–COVID-19 cases in the country breached the 385,000 mark on Monday, Nov. 2, after the Department of Health reported 2298 additional cases.

The DOH said of the 385400 total cases, 29301 cases or 7.6 percent were active.

Of these, 82.5 percent were mild, 9.6 percent asymptomatic, 5 percent critical, and 2.8 percent severe.

Of the 2298 additional cases, 1057 tested positive today.

The areas with the most COVID-19 cases reported today were Benguet with 188, Davao City with 166, Rizal with 119, Quezon City with 116, and Bulacan with 91.

Recoveries rose to 348830, including the 87 additional ones.

Thirty-two more deaths were reported, pushing the total to 7269.
