Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia irons out joint maritime patrol

QUEZON City, Philippines – The Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia are ironing out the details for the establishment of a joint maritime patrol in order to address the issue of kidnapping in the sea, in particular, the area around southern Philippines.
