(Eagle News)–The Palace on Wednesday, May 8, released matrices detailing a supposed plot to oust President Rodrigo Duterte.
Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said the matrices, which show a “deliberate conspiracy” against the administration, were based on validated intelligence information received by Duterte.
Personalities who figured in the matrices include Senator Antonio Trillanes, the Liberal Party, and those affiliated with Vera Files, National Union of Peoples’ Lawyers, Rappler, and the Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism.
Neri Colmenares and Carlos Zarate were included in the matrices as well.
The release of the matrices came after a man who claimed to be “Bikoy” surfaced to stand by his drug allegations against Duterte’s family and several others.
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines has said, however, that Joemar Advincula’s statements have yet to be vetted.
A Senate hearing scheduled to probe Advincula’s allegations has already been cancelled.
