Palace: Despite loss, Gazini Ganados gave PHL “pride and glory”

(Eagle News)–The Palace on Monday, Dec. 9, said Gazini Ganados gave the country “pride and glory” despite her loss in the Miss Universe 2019 pageant held in Atlanta, USA.

In a statement, Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said Ganados did this by showcasingt “the unique beauty and talent of the Filipina.”

Panelo said  Ganados’ “experience in joining the prestigious beauty pageant should add further to her development as a beauty queen.”

“The Palace lauds Miss Philippines Gazini Ganados for representing our country well in the Miss Universe pageant in Atlanta, Georgia, USA,” Panelo said.

Ganados failed to make it to the top 10 in the pageant, which was won by Miss South Africa instead.
