The Ombudsman withdrew its motion for amendment of plunder case against Senator Jinggoy Estrada and his co-accused when the Sandiganbayan 5th Division justices said that the amendment may result in the release of the senator due to the probable cause and warrant of arrest being based on the original complaint.
