(Eagle News)– A Nueva Ecija court has junked the charges filed against Satur Ocampo and three other left-leaning former lawmakers.
The Palayan Regional Trial Court also nullified the arrest warrants issued against former Bayan Muna Reps. Ocampo and Teddy Casiño; National Anti-Poverty Commission lead convenor Liza Maza; and former Anakpawis Rep. and former Agrarian Reform Secretary Rafael Mariano for lack of probable cause.
The arrest warrants issued in July stem from the murder case filed against the four for the deaths of several supporters of Akbayan in 2006.
