According to water utility companies, no water interruption would be implemented until the summer of 2016 despite the El Niño phenomenon. According to the Maynilad, in order to ensure that there is an ample water supply, they would instead implement a system of lower water pressure during off-peak hours which is 10 in the evening to 4 in the morning.
