No media boycott against Duterte

QUEZON City, Philippines – According to the National Union of Journalists of the Philippines, there will be no boycott against President-elect Rodrigo Duterte and that journalists will not stop doing their duty of guarding against government anomalies despite the calls of other members of the media calling for a boycott against the incoming President after he allegedly made foul statements against the media. NUJP added that although it cannot be denied that there are corrupt media members, still this is not enough reason to justify media killings.
