MANILA, Philippines – The Department of National Defense stood by its statement that there is no anomaly in the Php 1.2 billion procurement deal of 21 Huey helicopters. This is after a plunder complaint was filed against Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin by an employee of the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
