The management of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) has already laid down its traffic and security measures for the “Dakilang Pamamahayag” to be held by the Iglesia Ni Cristo in the Philippine Arena.
The NLEX management added that they are expecting 500, 000 members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo and their guests to attend the said event.
