Every girl’s enemy and burdensome problem is to find out that another acne is showing up on her face. Acne has never been treated as a gift for us girls, rather, as an embarrassment. After trying all the creams and facial wash solutions, still it is not enough to control the power of acne. There are certain natural ways to prevent acne that won’t bring any harm on our skin, it won’t terribly harm our skin, so it is safe to say that preventing acne by way of using natural supplements will bring out your natural glow you never even thought before.

1. Ditch junk foods and chips. I know it’s kinda hard to avoid chips especially if you are a junk food lover who cannot miss a day without having a handful pack of chips on your palm. But you have to recognize and bear in mind that acne is a disease and may pop out anytime it wants, mainly if your skin type falls under oily skin. Greasy junk foods causes blemishes and uneven skin tone for it clog our pores making it hard for our skin to breathe.

2. Take some water. This is the most healthy and effective natural way to prevent acne from popping in. Every day drink at least 8 glasses of water to cleanse your body and give moisture to your skin. This way, it eliminates unwanted toxins in our system and brings out our natural glowing skin.

3. Don’t put too much chemicals on your face. Before you decide to put a cream or anything on your face, consult a dermatologist first to know your skin type. Knowing your skin type helps you to determine the right product for your skin. Once you find the right product for you, stick to it. Don’t just jump from one product to another, remember too much chemicals on your face can burn your skin.

4. Don’t squeeze your pimple. I know it’s tempting and hard to resist but scratching and rubbing your pimples causes infection and increase of sebum to spread underneath your skin. The result: more pimples.

5. Wash your face twice a day. Make sure you wash your face two times a day with a based soap designed for acne. First, when you wake up in the morning and last before you go to sleep. Don’t rub your skin with a cloth, just pat it slowly to avoid irritation and always remove your make up before going to bed.
