NAPOLCOM axes 21 police involved in Maguindanao Massacre

The National Police Commission or NAPOLCOM terminated 21 police including a provincial director for grave misconduct and serious neglect of duty. Said police chose to not take action despite their knowledge of the Maguindanao Massacre which caused the death of 58 victims.
