MMDA to re-open Quezon Avenue-EDSA intersection

(Eagle News) — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will re-open the Quezon Avenue-EDSA intersection to southbound vehicles coming from Quezon Ave going left to EDSA and to northbound vehicles going to the Trinoma and SM North area, also coming from Quezon Ave.
