SULTAN Kudarat, Philippines, August 17 (Eagle News) — A clash between two opposing factions of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) in Sultan Kudarat left 8 dead. Due to the clash, an estimated 3, 000 residents of the nearby areas were immediately evacuated.
