MANILA, Philippines – In his counter-affidavit, Chief Inspector Adriano Junio of the Philippine National Police – Aviation Security Group explained that there was only a misunderstanding between him and the complainants in the “laglag bala” scheme, saying that he is not asking for money but is actually just explaining the amount said complainants need to pay for bail. Junio submitted said counter-affidavit in the second hearing conducted by the Department of Justice regarding the “laglag-bala” scheme.
