Malacañang is happy with the filing of cases against those involved in the pork barrel scam, with Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte saying that it is a step forward to determine the truth.
Senate President Franklin Drilon said he hoped the judicial process will be properly followed, and that the accused would be given a fair trial by the Sandiganbayan. He said he would not allow the arrest of the three senators inside the Senate premises.
