MANILA, Philippines – In order to ensure that the proposed Php 30 taxi flag down rate will be beneficial to both commuters and drivers, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board will conduct a hearing regarding the motion of reconsideration filed by transport groups regarding the proposed flag down rate.
The LTFRB added that due to the motion for reconsideration, the implementation of the proposed flag down rate will be postponed but the Php 30 flag down rate will still be effective as a provisional rollback.
