(Eagle News) – Localized thunderstorms and some scattered rainshowers from a low pressure area east of Baler, Aurora are expected today, Saturday, October 5, as the country experiences generally fair weather.
There is no active tropical cyclone in sight, only an LPA which was estimated at 455 kilometers east of Balera as of 3 a.m. today.
Because of this LPA, Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region and Aurora will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, with possible flashfloods or landslides due to occasional heavy rains, according to the country’s weather bureau, PAGASA.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
