The President’s exact arrival time was 4:57 p.m..
His fourth SONA was scheduled at 4 p.m.
Based on reports, the President’s arrival was delayed because the chopper that would take him to the venue could not immediately secure a go-signal for takeoff due to the bad weather. With a report from Vic Somintac
