QUEZON City, Philippines – Philippine National Police Highway Patrol Group Director Police Senior Superintendent Antonio Bersola, also the chief of the newly-established Inter-Agency Council on Traffic, lead the inventory of traffic management resources from the Metro Manila Development Authority, Land Transportation Office and the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board in preparation of the IACT’s deployment tomorrow, August 27 in EDSA, Mabuhay lanes and arterial roads near EDSA in order to alleviate traffic. Other than the inventory, the combined personnel of IACT also went under accounting with 300 HPG personnel ready for the combined deployment and additional 350 personnel from the MMDA.
