Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) netizens change their cover photos and profile pictures on Facebook and other social media to raise awareness around the world to ‘reconnect’.

An evangelical mission, “Reconnect” is the Worldwide Intensive Propagation project organized by the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ) that will be held at the Philippine Arena, the world’s largest mixed-use indoor theatre, on May 22, 2016, 8:00 am (PHT).

The worldwide event will be beamed live via teleconferencing to the planet’s inhabitable continents highlighting the message of INC Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo.

INC is now comprised of members from 128 racial and ethnic backgrounds located in about 100 countries and territories around the world.

In preparation for this event, the INC brethren distributed pamphlets across the globe — from the dangerous steeps of Lubon, Mountain Province and riverbanks of Banlic, Laguna to the iconic cities of New York, Barcelona and Paris.

The pamphlets also come with an invite with the Biblical verse that inspired the over-all theme of the event: “God also says: When the time’s ripe, I answer you. When victory is due, I help you. I form you and use you to reconnect the people with me, to put the land in order, to resettle families on the ruined properties…” (Isaiah 49:8 The Message).

Everyone is invited.  For more information about the event, log on to the official fan page on Facebook and Twitter using the hashtag #INCReconnect.
