In photos: Sandiganbayan orders release of Bong Revilla; directs lifting of arrest warrant, HDO vs him for graft, plunder

(Eagle News)—Below are the order and resolution issued by the first division of the Sandiganbayan directing the lifting of the hold departure order against former Senator Bong Revilla for plunder, and the warrant of arrest issued against him for graft.

The division issued the same after Revilla was acquitted of plunder, and after he posted a P480,000 bail for the 16 counts of graft against him.

After posting bail, Revilla underwent a medical checkup at the Philippine National Police Crime Laboratory.

Lani Mercado, his wife, has said the former senator would like to spend his entire weekend with his family.

She said he would issue a statement on Monday, Dec. 10, instead.
