(Eagle News) — Free medical and dental services were provided by Iglesia Ni Cristo volunteer doctors, dentists and medical practitioners during the Worldwide Lingap sa Mamamayan (Aid for Humanity) in at least 104 venues in the Philippines, and more locations abroad on Sunday, October 31, 2017.

One of the main venues in Metro Manila was in Barangay Culiat in Tandang Sora, Quezon City where members of the Muslim community were given free medical and dental check-up, and other services.  Free vitamins and medicines were also distributed to the needy.

INC volunteers also distributed free bags of goods to those who came to the event.

The October 29 Worldwide Lingap sa Mamamayan or Aid to Humanity of the Iglesia Ni Cristo is the biggest simultaneous worldwide socio-civic and medical-dental outreach undertaken by the Church.

Participating sites in other parts of the country and around the world also provided similar services.  (Eagle News Service)
