QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — In an interview with Agila Balita Alas Dose, Congressman Albee Benitez of Negros Occidental said that there is a House bill that proposes to transfer most of national government’s administrative offices to Clark Air Base in order to decongest Metro Manila.
