QUEZON City, Philippine – Amidst allegations of widespread electoral fraud during the May 9 elections, the Alliance of Concerned Teachers launched a teachers’ hotline to counter all forms of cheating during the elections. The hotline was established to guarantee the safety of the teachers who are in front lines during the election period.
