Government faces tough challenge regarding permanent housing for “Yolanda” victims

Social Welfare and Development Secretary Dinky Soliman admitted that the construction of permanent housing for the victims of super-typhoon “Yolanda” remains as the toughest challenge faced by the government. Soliman added that the government targets to finish the housing project by the end of 2016.
