MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Inter-Agency Council on Traffic (IACT) on Monday started its full implementation of “No Window Hour” policy in Metro Manila.
The areas covered by the new policy are: Alabang-Zapote Road, C-5 Road from SLEX up to the intersection of Commonwealth Avenue and Luzon Flyover, EDSA, Mandaluyong City, Makati City as well as Las Piñas City and Roxas Boulevard.
