(Eagle News)–Authorities have nabbed four suspects, including a Swedish national, in the blast in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat that hurt at least seven people early this month.
Armed Forces Western Mindanao Command spokesperson Major Arvin Encinas said in a statement that Swedish national Hassan Akgun, Abedin Camsa, Normia Camsa, and Norshiya Camsa were nabbed in Barangay Kapaya, Bagumbayan.
Seized from the suspects were one M-16 rifle with magazine containing 27 ammunition, one caliber .45 colt with magazine containing 11 ammunition, one caliber .38 revolver, one shotgun, one improvised explosive device, 13 cellular phones, two gallons of a powdered substance, two machine timers, 4 9-bolts battery, one yellow bulb, one switch and a backpack containing an ISIS flag, three led bulbs, two USBs, one resistor, and five assorted wires.
