QUEZON City, Philippines – Oriental Mindoro 2nd District Representative Rey Umali said that it is possible to implement federalism within three years into the Duterte administration if the necessary amendment is proposed early during the 17th Congress.
Federalism is one of the priority measures of the Duterte administration and President-elect Rodrigo Duterte aims to achieve it by 2020.
