MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Group brought ex-drug buster Lt. Col. Ferdinand Marcelino and a Chinese national with the alias “Pandy” to the Department of Justice to undergo inquest proceedings after being arrested in a drug raid that said group conducted.
