QUEZON City, Philippines – President-elect Rodrigo Duterte and Senator Alan Peter Cayetano are studying various measures to decrease, if not end “red tape” altogether, and to increase the efficiency of government service.
One of the systems being looked into is the plan adopted by the European Union which holds contests for the public to give ideas and innovative suggestions in reforming the bureaucracy.
