MANILA, Philippines – The camp of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte denied rumors that he will not attend the second round of presidential debate. Said rumors were connected to alleged online posters regarding Duterte’s controversial visit to the University of the Philippines – Los Baños. Duterte’s camp denied said posters, calling them black propaganda.
