QUEZON City, Philippines – The Duterte administration is studying the possibility of streamlining government procedures as well as lessening the required processing time to facilitate business. Incoming Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade said that the incoming administration is committed to lessening the processing time as well as making government agencies review their respective procedures.
