DSWD conducts anti-street dwellers operations in Manila

The Department of Social Welfare and Development conducted an anti-street dweller operations in Manila, where 141 street dwellers were taken in by DSWD and sent to Boystown in Marikina.

Said street-dwellers received free food and will receive free medical treatment. Social Welfare and Development Secretary Dinky Soliman said that the operations are not connected with the coming APEC summit and is part of the year-long project of the DSWD.
