QUEZON City, Philippines – The Communist Party of the Philippines may extend its 7-day ceasefire with the positive results between the Philippines and the National Democratic Front in Oslo, Norway. Labor Secretary and Chief Peace Negotiator Silvestre Bello III said that the two panels will recommend the giving of pardon to political prisoners especially to the elderly, women and those who are sick.
