Court grants Baldo furlough to vote on Monday, May 13

(Eagle News)–A court has granted Daraga, Albay Mayor Carlwyn Baldo furlough to vote on Monday, May 13.

Baldo is currently detained in the Legazpi City Jail after he surrendered to the Legazpi Regional Trial Court Branch 10, which had issued a warrant for his arrest for the murder of Ako Bicol Rep. partylist Rodel Batocabe and his aide, Orlando Diaz.

He also faces six counts of frustrated murder in connection with the incident in December 2018.

Apart from Baldo, six men face the same charges.
