QUEZON City, Philippines – Congress has signed the implementing rules and regulations of the Republic Act 10754 or “an act expanding the privileges and benefits of persons with disabilities.”
Once implemented, this will allow at least twenty percent (20%) discount and exemption from the value-added tax (VAT) on the sale of goods and services for the exclusive use and enjoyment or availment of the PWDs.
